Shipping Policy

We currently ship across India. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 4–7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking link by email and SMS as soon as your order is dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer easy 7-day returns from the date of delivery. If a piece isn't right for you, request a return from your order confirmation email or by contacting us — no long forms, no hassle.

• Item must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
• Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless received damaged or defective.
• Once approved, a pickup is arranged; refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the item is received.
• Exchanges (size or design) are offered wherever stock allows, at no extra shipping cost.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you've received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging, and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
